Line double-conversion UPS
This is the power range of 10kVA power over the most common type of UPS. Shown in Figure 4-line double-conversion UPS, chart, in addition to the main power path is the inverter (not the AC main power), the other with the same back design.

Delta Conversion On-line type UPS
Delta Conversion On-line type UPS design is a newer design, which is 10 years ago to introduce the technology, it overcomes the double-conversion online design shortcomings for 5kVA to 1.6MW power range of applications. And double-conversion online design similar, Delta conversion online type UPS is always provided by the power inverter load voltage. However, the additional Delta Converter also to the inverter output power. In the AC power failure or tampering of the case, this design behavior shown by double-conversion online design exactly the same.
Delta conversion topology to understand the energy efficiency of a simple method is to examine from the 4th floor of the building to the 5th floor of the energy required for transportation of parcels, as shown in Figure 6. Delta conversion-line double conversion UPS provides online design with exactly the same output characteristics. However, the input characteristics of the two designs are usually not the same. Delta conversion online design provides dynamic control, the input power factor correction, while the traditional solutions do not appear inefficient use of filter questions. The greatest advantage is greatly reduced energy losses. In addition, the input power control also allows UPS to all units compatible with, Delta conversion-line technology is the only patent-protected core UPS technology, a large number of UPS suppliers can not apply the technology.
In a stable state, as compared with the double-conversion design, Delta converter allows UPS to a much higher efficiency of the power to the load.
